Dingus
Dingus is not a real human. He’s a Viarbox virtual friend that belongs to Dodger Abercrombe. DO NOT call Dingus a toy! He doesn't like that.

Dingus has thoughts and feelings all his own. Dodger even had Dingus equipped with an appetite so he didn’t have to eat alone. He just touches the real food and makes a virtual copy for himself. When he drools, Dodger just clicks his Universal Pocket Pilot to refresh him. Dingus never has to take a bath.
Dingus thinks Neffy is annoying and he loves to annoy her back. But he’s the best friend Dodger could ask for and would defend him fiercely if ever necessary. Dingus' nemesis is Kluge, another Viarbox virtual friend belonging to Daemon Digerati. Kluge is really big. Dingus is really — clever.
Equipped with an assortment of cool gadgets that come in handy during their adventures, Dingus also has the means to serve Dodger in ways that replace other gadgets — like an alarm clock and memory storage. Dodger has a purchase plan that lets him budget and download up to 20 points worth of new gadgets for Dingus each month. If Dodger goes over the monthly allotment, it shows up on his Viarbox bill and then his dad gets mad. (Sometimes Dodger trades in old gadgets for new ones to save his monthly allotment.)
